Description
The Tempoline is our latest addition to our horizontal safety lines combining all the great features of the popular original with some new and improved user-friendly features. The new shoulder bag makes the Tempoline HSL2 even easier to carry to the workplace. The bag has been specifically designed to make the set-up of the Tempoline HSL2 more intuitive. The revised shape and volume help to pack and store any spare adjustment webbing prolonging the service life of the webbing.
The Tempoline HSL2 is fitted with safety swivel hooks to ensure they are secure at all times while in use. The hooks have a specific shape to ensure they remain closed under load. The swivel aids the installation process by allowing twists in the webbing to be removed before tensioning. The hooks are tested under cyclic loading conditions to ensure they are suitable for high-frequency loading conditions.
The latest high-quality SpanSet ratchet with our unique fill line indicator and increased number of tensioning increments. The fill line indicator allows the worker to load the correct number of turns of webbing onto the ratchet to ensure it locks the webbing securely under tension. The increased number of tensioning increments in the ratchet mechanism provides more graduated steps making it easier to achieve the correct tension in the line.
SpanSet’s patented system includes Tension Force Indicating technology to show the worker that the system has been correctly installed and tensioned. Without the indicator, the installation would be only guesswork and the safe clearance height impossible to check. By using our system your safety is assured because the 250daN pretension guarantees the amount of stretch available in the webbing. The instruction manual then helps you to check the safe clearance height based on the relative position and length of the anchor line in use.
The line is fitted with two in-line connection rings ensuring that all lanyard karabiners or hooks can be fitted to the line and move freely. We also manufacture our webbing to include a specific wear indicator to show when the webbing anchor line should be retired from service. This product is fully supported with deflection data to help you plan safe use in either work restraint, or fall arrest applications.
